  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let cool.
  2. On wax paper, unroll one package of crescent rolls into a sheet, pressing seams together.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese on the dough, then layer half of the cooked sausage and half of the cheddar.
  4. Roll tightly into a log using wax paper for support; wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice logs into half-inch pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
