- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
- Soy sauce or tamari for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Spicy Mayo: Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl; mix until smooth.
- Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
