  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
