Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
Instructions
