  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press into a baking dish.
  2. Make the blue layer: dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix with Greek yogurt, fold in blueberries, and pour over the crust.
  3. Create cream cheese mixture: blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla; fold in whipped cream and spread over the blue layer.
  4. For the red layer: dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, mix with iced water; arrange strawberries on top of cream cheese layer and pour Jello over them.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours until set; serve chilled.
